The Indus River Valley Civilization is also called the Harappan Civilization or the Indus Civilization and is described as the Ancient of the Indus, Bronze Age Civilization in the northern region of South Asia lasting from 3300 BCE to 13,000 BCE, and in its maturity from 2600 BCE to 1900 BCE.

Let’s talk about the Indus Valley Civilizations.

The Indus River Valley Civilization, 3300–1300 BCE, also known as the Harappan Civilization, spread from present-day northeastern Afghanistan to Pakistan and northwestern India.
Some important innovations of this civilization also include standardized weights and measures, seal carving, and metallurgy with copper, bronze, lead, and tin.
Indus script and consequently little is known about the institutions of civilization and system of administration in the Indus River Valley.
Civilization probably ended due to climate and migration.
